Packets will include race shirts, numbers, pins and information.
To limit paper waste, packets will NOT include driving directions, printed course descriptions, maps etc. We encourage teams to print necessary items from the Web site.
Race packets must be signed for by a member of that team. Race committee members will be on hand to answer questions. Packets will also be available on race day morning at the start. Please plan to arrive extra early if you choose this option. Release signatures are required from all runners. Forms may be signed at packet pickup or at the start if not submitted earlier.
NOTE: Teams not showing up will forfeit their entry fees and shirts.
58-Mile Relay

Team Categories, by total age
Age categories are determined by the total age of all five team members on race day, 4/22/2012. This allows flexibility in assembling your team.
- Open: Under 200 years
- Masters: 200 and over
Team Categories, by gender
- Men's: All 5 Males or 4 Males / 1 Female
- Women's: All 5 Females only
- Mixed: Mixed gender teams with no more than 3 males
Recreation Category
A non-competitive category, for teams not covered by any other category, or those simply running for fun. This would include teams with more or fewer than 5 runners. Not eligible for awards.
Relay Course Description
Most of the 58-mile course is on the hard-packed Snoqualmie Valley Trail. It is has a gentle grade, excellent for running, with spectacular views. There are ten individual legs, with each team member running two. Exchanges between each leg are well marked and manned by volunteers. Method of exchange is a simple touch off by hand.

Team Captains
The team captain will be responsible for communicating all information about the race to their team. This information includes race instructions, starting time for your team, transportation, directions, final results and all other details. For your convenience, your team members may arrive early and sign a release form on Race Day at the start, instead of on the Team Entry Form.
Confirmation
Registration confirmation will be sent via email or US mail to each team captain officially entered by the March 20 early deadline. Team captains can manage their team online by inviting members and making changes to the team as needed.
Finish line
Refreshments will be available at the finish area. Medical aid will also be available. A limited number of shirts from this year and previous years will be for sale. Runners names will be pre-drawn and random prizes presented during the event, starting at packet pickup.
Results and awards
Preliminary results will be posted at the finish line. Complete results will be available online soon after the race. Awards will be given to the top finishers in each category/division.
